Child Safety Standards for SecondMatch: Real Dating, operated by aashray unit.

1. Our Commitment to Child Safety

SecondMatch: Real Dating, operated by aashray unit, has a zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

SecondMatch: Real Dating strictly prohibits any content, activity, communication, or behavior that sexually abuses, exploits, endangers, or otherwise harms children.

We are committed to maintaining a safe platform and taking appropriate action when we become aware of suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation.

2. Prohibited Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

The following activities are strictly prohibited on SecondMatch: Real Dating:

• Creating, uploading, requesting, possessing, sharing, distributing, or promoting Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
• Sexually exploiting or abusing a child.
• Grooming or attempting to groom a child for sexual purposes.
• Sexualizing minors or encouraging the sexualization of minors.
• Sharing, requesting, or distributing sexually explicit material involving minors.
• Sextortion or sexual coercion involving a minor.
• Using the service to arrange, facilitate, promote, or encourage the sexual exploitation of children.
• Attempting to contact or communicate with a child for sexual purposes.
• Using SecondMatch: Real Dating for any other activity that facilitates child sexual abuse or exploitation.

Any user or account found to be involved in prohibited activity may be immediately restricted, suspended, or permanently terminated.

3. Adult Dating Service

SecondMatch: Real Dating is a dating service intended for adults. Users must be 18 or older to create an account, and date of birth is checked during sign-up.

The service is not intended for children or minors, and minors are not permitted to use the dating service.

However, the fact that SecondMatch: Real Dating is an adult-oriented service does not reduce our responsibility to prevent, identify, respond to, and report child sexual abuse and exploitation.

We maintain a zero-tolerance approach toward CSAE regardless of whether the activity involves a registered user or another person.

4. Reporting Child Safety Concerns

Users can report child-safety concerns, suspected CSAE, CSAM, grooming, or other abusive behavior from inside the SecondMatch: Real Dating app in two ways:

• Settings → Safety and child protection → Report a child safety concern. This is available at any time, even if the person the report concerns is no longer on screen.
• The three-dot menu on any profile → Report → a child safety reason. Selecting “User appears to be under 18” or “Child safety concern (CSAE)” routes the report into the child-safety process.

Child-safety reports are directed to our Child Safety Point of Contact rather than the ordinary moderation queue. The reporting user is given a reference number, and any profile named in the report is blocked immediately.

The same app also makes these Child Safety Standards available to read under Settings → Safety and child protection.

Users may also contact our designated Child Safety Point of Contact directly.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services or police first.

5. Action Against CSAM and CSAE

When aashray unit obtains actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE activity associated with SecondMatch: Real Dating, we will take appropriate action in accordance with our published standards and applicable laws.

Depending on the circumstances, appropriate action may include:

• Removing prohibited content.
• Restricting or disabling access to the content.
• Suspending or permanently terminating the responsible account.
• Investigating reported activity.
• Preserving relevant information when legally required.
• Cooperating with lawful requests from relevant authorities.
• Reporting confirmed CSAM or CSAE to the appropriate authorities when required by applicable law.

We do not permit SecondMatch: Real Dating to be used to create, upload, distribute, request, or facilitate CSAM.

6. Enforcement

aashray unit may take immediate enforcement action when a violation of these Child Safety Standards is identified or reported.

Enforcement actions may include:

1. Content removal.
2. Account restriction.
3. Temporary account suspension.
4. Permanent account termination.
5. Blocking or restricting associated activity.
6. Reporting to appropriate authorities when required by applicable law.

The severity of the enforcement action may depend on the nature and circumstances of the violation.

7. Child Safety Point of Contact

Our designated Child Safety Point of Contact is responsible for receiving child-safety concerns and for being available to communicate with Google Play regarding CSAE prevention, enforcement, and review procedures.

8. Compliance With Child Safety Laws

aashray unit is committed to complying with applicable child-safety laws and regulations.

Where applicable, we maintain processes for handling suspected or confirmed CSAM and CSAE and for reporting such activity to the appropriate governmental, law-enforcement, or designated regional authorities as required by applicable law.

9. Cooperation With Authorities

Where legally required, aashray unit will cooperate with appropriate law-enforcement or governmental authorities concerning confirmed or suspected child sexual abuse and exploitation.

We may preserve and disclose relevant information when required or permitted by applicable law.

10. Ongoing Child Safety Review

aashray unit regularly reviews its child-safety practices, reporting procedures, moderation processes, and enforcement standards to help prevent the misuse of SecondMatch: Real Dating for child sexual abuse or exploitation.

We are committed to maintaining and improving appropriate measures to protect children and to address CSAE-related concerns.
